The Trust received a request from Nabadawewa Primary School, Talawa, in the Anuradhapura district, a primary school with 133 students from grades 1 to grade 5. In response, TVR Trust initiated the project “Providing School Bags and Stationery for Students at Nabadawewa Primary School.” The project was to support students’ educational needs by supplying essential school bags, books, and stationery as many students face economic challenges and lack basic learning materials for their daily studies. By providing these items, it is envisaged that the financial burden on families will reduce, encourages regular school attendance, and motivates students to continue their education with confidence.
