Nelumvila RO water project has benefited over 350 families in Nelumvila. The whole village profoundly thanked the trust for saving their lives from kidney disease due to the poor water quality. One of the worst affected areas of Sri Lanka, according to Health Ministry statistics. The villages use about 4500 litres daily for drinking and cooking purposes only. In addition, we distributed dry rations and nutritional packs to pregnant mothers, the elderly and small children. It was an unforgettable day of our life and incredibly satisfying.
