Rachini Dhanika Rajapaksa, an Independent Non-Executive Director at First Capital Holdings PLC and a few other companies, was the first female President of the CFA Society Sri Lanka. She has also served as an INED at Nations Trust Bank PLC, CFO of IBM Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and Senior Fund Manager at Ceybank Asset Management Ltd.

Mr Tennyson Rodrigo was one of Rachini’s mentors and role models during her career in fund management.
