Suwaseriya ambulance service operates providing its services to the entire country. It depends on sponsorships to maintain the service. The Trust sponsored two ambulances, one in Monaragala and another in Kilinochchi. Earlier, the Trust sponsored an ambulance in Bambalapitiya.
